Founded in 1981, IEC has a proven track record of over 43 years and continues to grow by acquiring new communities and offering development opportunities to our team members.Position Summary:IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our 400-unit apartment community located in Yorba Linda, California. The schedule will be Thursday through Monday from 9AM to 6PM.Job Duties:Strong leasing and marketing effortsAssist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-insComplete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)Provide excellent customer service to residentsProvide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as requiredJob Requirements:At least one year of multi-family leasing experienceKnowledge of Fair Housing lawsAbility to take direction, yet be self-motivatedBe a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company cultureStrong verbal and written communication skillsComputer literate with good organizational skillsMust be available to work Thursday through Monday from 9AM to 6PMEducation Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline
