Summary:

Seeking a Press Operator with 3+ years of machine or extrusion manufacturing experience to operate and adjust press equipment, ensure product quality, support changeovers, and maintain safe operations.

Shift: 1st-7am to 7pm & 3rd 7pm to 7am.

Pay : $20.50/hour

Responsibilities:

• Set and adjust press settings (billet length, furnace temperature, ram speed, puller program).
• Monitor product quality and make process adjustments as needed.
• Assist with setups, die changes, and changeovers.
• Perform basic equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all safety procedures.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of press, machine operation, or extrusion manufacturing experience.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read work orders, safety instructions, and manuals.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wellsville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
