Looking for experienced machine operators ready to join a growing manufacturing team with long-term career opportunities!

What You'll Do:

✅ Operate press machines

✅ Load materials and set machine measurements

✅ Monitor production and inspect quality

✅ Stack finished products on pallets for shipping

✅ Complete work order documentation

✅ Operate sit-down forklift and pull truck

Requirements:

✔ 2+ years of manufacturing or machine operating experience REQUIRED

✔ Sit-down forklift experience

✔ Strong attention to detail and quality checks

✔ Mechanically inclined

✔ Ability to work overtime as needed

Preferred:

Printing or press experience

Color matching experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
