What You'll Do

As a Sales Account Representative , you'll play an important role in growing our agency and building long-term customer relationships. This is an active sales position where you will be expected to cultivate provided leads, develop opportunities, recommend solutions, and close business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop leads from the office and proactively create sales opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, follow-up, networking, and agency marketing efforts.
• Conduct professional conversations with prospects and existing customers to understand what's important to them and identify insurance and financial services needs.
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover risks, coverage gaps, financial priorities, and opportunities to better protect customers and their families.
• Schedule appointments, present appropriate solutions, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.
• Market State Farm Insurance and Financial Services products based on customer needs and goals.
• Help customers understand solutions designed to protect their assets and income, prepare for unexpected events, and support their longer-term financial objectives.
• Build relationships that generate repeat business, additional product opportunities, and referrals.
• Follow a structured sales process and maintain consistent prospecting and follow-up activity.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals and take ownership of your results.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and professional service that reinforces the relationships you build.
• Continue developing your knowledge of insurance, financial services, sales techniques, and the systems necessary to serve customers effectively.

Licensing & Qualifications

An Arizona Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license will be required for this position. Candidates who are not currently licensed may apply if they are willing and able to complete the required licensing process.

Previous experience is valuable, but it isn't the only path to success. What matters most is your ability and willingness to learn, prospect, sell, serve customers, and be accountable for results.
