Regional Property Manager

Mission Rock Residential in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee all phases of property operations across your portfolio, directing staff, maintaining physical condition, and ensuring fiscal goals are met. Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience is required. You will manage budgets, review statements, supervise contractors, coordinate capital expenditures, and optimize staffing to maximize net income and resident satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
