Overview Retail Display Installer – Technology at 2020 Companies, located in Portsmouth, NH. Travel up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends not required. Benefits $16.50 per hour Next-day pay on demand with DailyPay Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid training Flexible self-scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period Variety of projects and clients Key Responsibilities Respond and maintain consistent communication with field services management within 24 hours of contact. Keep availability updated and accurate. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing. Complete necessary forms, images, surveys for each job before leaving the site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional. Participate in early-morning installations, team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily with needed corrections. Work independently in a fast-paced environment. Complete training and certification programs. Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Qualifications Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States. Flexible availability Monday through Friday with possible weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights. Travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. Physical ability: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; lift up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead. Adaptability to changing tasks and environments. Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clock-in/out, photos, app usage, and internet connectivity. High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience is a plus. Installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools. Follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication. Own Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently. Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated timeframe. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
