State Affairs Director: Healthcare Policy & Advocacy

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Director, US State Affairs to advocate at the state and local levels for our operating companies and patients in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Montana and Wyoming. The bulk of advocacy will be in Colorado and Arizona, so the candidate would ideally be based there.

You will develop strategies, build policy relationships, monitor healthcare trends, and lead engagement with industry groups to shape public policy and ensure favorable access to therapies.
