Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake interviews to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Document patient progress through systematic and organized record-keeping, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and agency policies.

• Utilize teletherapy technology to engage clients effectively, providing a safe and supportive space for discussions around mental health.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our community health clinic to coordinate service delivery, when necessary.

• Educate clients and families on mental health topics, coping strategies, and community resources available to support their journey.

• Maintain a client caseload that allows you to build therapeutic relationships while managing scheduling and personal practice efficiently.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, couples navigating relational challenges, and families seeking support in addressing their children's mental health needs. Clients may present with various concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our therapists play an integral part in helping clients develop skills for coping and resilience irrespective of their demographic background or clinical challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

Compensation and Benefits\n
