Purchasing Analyst

Valeo – Purchasing Analyst About the Role As a Purchasing Analyst, you will support the Purchasing Department by contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives, cost optimization efforts, supplier management, and cross‑functional projects. You will also assist with market intelligence, data analysis, reporting, and purchasing activities to support overall business objectives and project success. Responsibilities Monitor QCD supplier relationship on their perimeter in line with QCD Target set by the Purchasing Network and in accordance with Compliance and Ethical rules of the Group. Propose and implement productivity actions in collaboration with the Purchasing Organization. Maintain supplier panels and ensure supplier information recorded in the systems (PuMa, SAP) is updated and accurate. Perform RFQ, negotiation and ordering process in compliance with instructions and procedures set by Purchasing Organization within e‑procurement system. Make extensive usage of e‑auctions. Resolve daily operational issues to answer internal customer need, and liaise/escalate when needed to the appropriate contact within the Purchasing Network. Support and enforce dematerialization process. Develop and support usage of online catalogs where appropriate. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
