Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

  Evaluate patient condition to determine appropriate therapy interventions.

  Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical assessments.
  
  
• 
  Administer physical therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on exercises and therapies to promote recovery.

  Document patient responses and maintain accurate clinical records.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a valid state license or registration as a Physical Therapist.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing therapy plans.
  
  
• 
  Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Be proficient in documenting and maintaining clinical records.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
