Collection Associate

Job Description
Title: Collections Associate
Location: Exton, PA
Duration: 2 - 3 months + (possible extension)
Responsibilities:
- Support supervisor on day to day activities and deliverables of the US collections portfolio. Responsible for the collections for the US which include: customer focused on us delivery Manage and execute dunning process.
- Follow up on disputes, deductions and late payments. Coordinate and support the preparation of adhoc - reports.
- Proactively identify risk and issues within applicable areas. Assist Collection Lead and Global Process Owner(GPO) to identify and implement process improvement initiatives and best practices.
Qualifications
Education:
0-2 years working with accounts receivables collections experience. Basic ms office skills. Hands on experience in ERP systems (oracle,SAP, Polaris).
Must have business to business credit/collections experience.
Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. Experience in customer service with excellent communication skills.
