The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Train and mentor fabrication team members, fostering skill development and promoting a safety-conscious work environment.
• Coordinate with engineering and production planning to interpret blueprints, prioritize tasks, and resolve technical issues.
• Manage material inventory, ensuring availability of necessary components and minimizing waste.
• Implement and maintain preventative maintenance schedules for fabrication equipment to maximize uptime.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and company standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
