Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.)Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth.Collaborate with senior leadership to expand market penetration and drive revenue.Cultivate relationships with referral sources, clinical partners, and provider networks.Develop and execute high-level sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.Lead and mentor Market Sales Managers across two territories.Leadership across 2 high-performing Areas.Shape referral relationships and market strategy.Strategic oversight of Market Managers, Liaisons & Account Execs.Support Account Executives and Liaisons in achieving performance metrics.Performs other duties as assigned.TravelYes, as needed.Employment is contingent onBackground check (company-wide).
