We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, track loads through our system, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities and a solid understanding of various office systems.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in databases.
3. Process loads using our TMS system.
4. Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all information recorded.
5. Assist in data collection and filing to maintain organized records for easy access.
6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
7. Demonstrate basic math skills to assist customers with billing inquiries or product pricing.

Experience

1. Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
2. Previous experience in a brokerage or trucking company is required.
3. Familiarity with databases and TMS systems is advantageous.
4. Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Experience with data entry and clerical tasks is essential.
6. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
7. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
8. Bilingual language skills are a plus.
