Director of AI Product Engineering — Agentic Experience

Adobe is seeking a Director of Engineering, Agentic Product in California to lead the engineering execution of the AI-native Agentic Product, coordinating with Product leaders to define scope and deliver high-quality, user-facing AI experiences at scale for creators.
You will build and grow a new engineering team, establish guardrails and evals, and shape technical strategy across surfaces while maintaining a strong product mindset and delivery cadence.
