Inventory Lead — Forklift, WMS & Cycle Counts (1st Shift)

Gilder Search Group is seeking an experienced Inventory Lead for 1st Shift in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, leading daily operations, and training staff in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates should have 2–4 years of inventory control experience, leadership skills, and required forklift operating experience.
