MedTech SC - Digital Product Manager

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Digital Product Manager for MedTech Supply Chain to lead strategy, development, and execution of digital capabilities that advance supply chain management. The role bridges business needs with technology solutions to drive innovation and operational efficiency across integrated planning and related functions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital product strategy for supply chain portfolio supporting Integrated Planning function
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and roadmap development through execution and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain operations, IT, data science, and business units
- Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to measure digital product performance and business value realization
- Design and execute go-to-market and change management strategies to drive adoption across supply chain teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Experience Design, or related field
- Minimum six years of professional experience in digital strategy, product management, or related areas
- Experience leading digital product development, agile methodologies, and product roadmaps
- Knowledge of supply chain processes including demand planning, inventory management, capacity planning, or scheduling
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft business tools and familiarity with Control Towers, APIs, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation
- Excellent written and verbal communication and leadership skills
