Front Desk Clerk Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 14.00 / hour
• Part Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday)

• Warmly greet visitors and consistently provide professional, courteous customer service to all members of the public.
• Answer and efficiently direct incoming phone calls, accurately respond to inquiries, and relay messages.
• Assist individuals by explaining procedures, providing necessary information, and directing them to appropriate resources.
• De-escalate challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and effective communication strategies.
• Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records within various computer systems.
• Prepare, organize, and file documents, ensuring confidentiality and meticulous accuracy.
• Process paperwork, scan documents, and provide comprehensive support with general administrative tasks.

Front Desk Clerk Qualifications:

• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data entry and standard computer applications.
• Ability to handle challenging interactions with tact and professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar front desk/administrative support role.
