Veterinary Technician

Vista Vet Animal Hospital & Pet Lodge is seeking a Veterinary Technician to join our team and support outpatient care. We are seeking a versatile, client-focused technician who thrives in a dynamic general practice environment - balancing exam room care, client communication, and hands-on support. We are seeking dependable, motivated candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work efficiently, anticipate team needs, communicate professionally, and take pride in delivering exceptional support throughout every stage of the patient visit. In this position, you will play a key role in both exam room and outpatient and procedures, contributing to a consistent, high standard of care throughout the patient visit. Responsibilities Include : Supporting efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows Maintaining accurate, detailed medical records and treatment documentation Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately Identifying patient concerns and supporting efficient case management across the hospital Building strong client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service Schedule and Compensation : Compensation: $18-$21 per hour, for each hour worked We are open to either Full-Time or Part-Time , with flexible availability needed Monday-Friday and rotating weekends. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
