Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in residential plumbing, construction inspection, or quality control. Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems, installation techniques, materials, and local/state plumbing codes in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia. Certification: Plumbing license, inspection certification, or equivalent technical training preferred. Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building plans. Proficiency in completing inspection reports using digital tools or mobile applications. Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify workmanship defects, code violations, and performance issues before they escape. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain inspection findings and corrective actions to contractors, builders, and team members.
