Founding Product Designer: Design System & AI Agent UX
Improbable
Bolter is seeking a founding designer to rethink how people create, understand and work with AI agents across the product. You will lead a significant rewrite of the product and establish the design foundations for what comes next. You will build the design system from the ground up, set interaction patterns for creating and steering AI agents, and shape the workspace and agent-generated applications. This early-stage role offers ownership and impact.
