About the Opportunity

All Dry Services of Monmouth and Middlesex is looking for a motivated and energetic water and mold technician. The Lead Technician will be trained at the corporate All Dry location. They will be working very closely with ownership to mature the business. The growth potential of this company and its employees is significant.

You must have a clean driving record and will be able to take the technician truck home each day to ensure quick responses. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of IICRC Standards, outstanding communication skills, and an intrinsic drive to grow the startup by delivering exceptional customer service.

Some examples of work responsibilities:

Perform mitigation services and All Dry corporate standards

Communicate effectively with customers and management about the status of jobs

Document status of jobs and create accurate estimates with minimal errors

Remove debris like drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged

Adhere to health and safety requirements

Maintain clean, inventoried and fully stocked technician truck, equipment and tools

Requirements:

Well organized, efficient, energetic, trustworthy & reliable

Oriented on delivering outstanding customer service

Comfortable with learning new technology

Comfortable with basic math related to our industry

Able to lift 70 lbs or 100 lbs with help

Clean driving record

Able to pass background check / drug screening

Open to work on-call rotation to respond to 24/7 restoration calls

High School Diploma / equivalent

Desired skills:

IICRC Water Remediation Technician – will supply ability to get certified for the right candidate

Experience in both water and mold remediation

Carpentry but not required

Plumbing but not required

$22-$27 per hour based on experience + commission
