Job Description and Duties

This position is located at the Sacramento DMV Contact Center in Sacramento.

Would you like to be part of a dynamic team, leading change through system and process modernization? The Sacramento Contact Center is seeking leaders to hire, train and develop subordinate personnel in multiple service channels. The incumbent will analyze, review, and resolve difficult and complex problems; manage multiple work priorities; work as a team; and effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and electronically to assist the public with complex problems relating to vehicle registration (VR), procurement of a driver's license (DL), and occupational licenses. The incumbent will maintain the Department’s objectives to provide superior customer service and establish a good public image of courtesy, professionalism, integrity, and efficiency. Additionally, the incumbent must be able to organize, prioritize, and execute assignments on short notice with minimal instructions and must be able to develop and maintain professional, cohesive, and cooperative working relationships with others.

Working Conditions

Work hours vary from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Saturday and/or extended hours may be required. NO telework option.
