Patient Service Rep - Internal Medicine

Position Details Hourly Pay Range: $18.38 - $26.65. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position: Patient Service Rep Location: 1331 75th St, Naperville Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week. Hours: Monday-Friday, varying 6:30am - 6:30pm; Saturday AM rotation once per month. Required Travel: No. Requirements High School or GED - required. Associate Degree in Business Administration/Management - preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in registration, scheduling, patient accounts, cash collections or customer service in a healthcare setting. Manual dexterity to operate various office machines. Knowledge of health insurances, medical terminology, and anatomy. Strong data entry and keyboarding skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual skills - a plus. Valid driver’s license required if duties at off‑site location. If using personal vehicle, maintain automobile liability coverage as required by law.
