Route Delivery Driver / Customer Service Technician

Ideal candidate will be from the Western Allegheny County. The warehouse location is in Large, PA.

As a Route Delivery Driver / Customer Service Technician, you'll deliver beverage products, service fountain equipment, and provide excellent customer support to restaurants, bars, and care accounts. Every day brings something different, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem solving, and customer interaction.

For more than 88 years, Multi-Flow Industries has been a trusted leader in beverage manufacturing and distribution throughout the Northeast. We provide juices, soft drinks, specialty beverages, and fountain dispensing solutions to the food service industry. Our team also installs and services fountain soft drink and beer dispensing equipment, helping customers keep their operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Deliver beverage products to customer locations
Perform basic maintenance and service on beverage dispensing equipment
Troubleshoot equipment issues in the field
Handle cash transactions and complete daily reconciliation
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
Provide excellent customer service during every stop

Qualifications

Clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Safety-conscious and dependable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
