Lutheran Services Florida is seeking a Healthy Start Home Visitor to coordinate services for families in Hillsborough County. Responsibilities include conducting home visits, creating family support plans, and maintaining case documentation. The ideal candidate will have a relevant four-year degree, experience in public health, and strong communication skills. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
