High Volume Recruiter
Manages full-cycle recruitment for high-volume, class-based hiring from intake through offer and onboarding coordination.
Partners with hiring leaders to support workforce planning, including class sizing, hiring timelines, and pipeline targets.
Builds and maintains forward-looking, class-based pipelines to ensure readiness for upcoming start dates.
Executes sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
Screens candidates using structured criteria to assess qualifications, class alignment, and start-date availability.
Coordinates interviews and pre-hire activities, ensuring efficient, high-volume scheduling.
Tracks pipeline health and proactively identifies risks to class fill, escalating issues with recommended solutions.
Maintains accurate ATS documentation and compliance with hiring policies.
Prepares and extends job offers aligned to compensation guidelines and hiring timelines.
Uses recruiting metrics and dashboards to monitor progress and recommend adjustments.
Required experience includes 2+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition with high-volume, class based hiring.
Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience supporting structured hiring plans or cohort/class hiring models.
Strong organizational and desk management skills with ability to prioritize workload independently.
Experience consulting with hiring leaders and providing data-driven recommendations.
Experience using ATS systems to manage workflows and track activity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred experience includes experience with Workday, Eightfold, or similar recruiting platforms.
Experience leveraging data insights, market intelligence, and talent trends to inform recruiting strategies.
