Technical Recruiter Pay Range: $30hr - $45hr The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting for intern and early career technical and non-technical roles. The role involves building relationships with universities and hiring teams, supporting campusrecruiting initiatives, and enhancing candidate experience and employer branding. Requirement/Must Have: 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment (agency, corporate, or startup). Strong understanding of university recruiting practices and on-campus hiring cycles. Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel up to 25–35% for campus visits and events. Experience: Experience managing university-level requisitions including internship and full-time roles. Experience supporting intern programs and early career recruiting initiatives. Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities. Experience collaborating with hiring managers and university partners. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and full-time early career roles. Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and university partners. Plan and execute campus events, career fairs, networking events, and virtual recruiting initiatives. Support intern program activities including onboarding, engagement events, and feedback processes. Act as a brand ambassador at targeted schools and diversity-focused institutions. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance candidate experience and employer branding. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and outcomes. Ensure compliance with hiring policies and applicable regulations. Should Have: Experience working with HBCUs, HSIs, and diversity-focused institutions. Familiarity with virtual recruiting platforms such as Handshake and 12Twenty. Ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts. Experience in high-growth or evolving environments. Skills: Full-cycle recruiting. University and campus recruiting. ATS tools (Workday preferred). Event planning and coordination. Stakeholder management. Candidate experience management. Metrics tracking and reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Qualification And Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
