What You'll Be Doing\n

As a Sales Representative, you'll conduct consultative phone appointments with prospective students across the United States and Canada.

\n

Your role is to:

\n

• Build rapport quickly

\n

• Uncover goals, challenges, and motivations

\n

• Help prospects develop a realistic business and income plan

\n

• Present the right certification pathway

\n

• Guide prospects through enrollment

\n

• Follow up professionally and consistently

\n

• Manage activity within our CRM

\n

• Continuously improve your sales skills

\n

Programs you'll represent include:

• Professional Bookkeeper Certification

\n

• Professional Tax Preparer Certification

\n

• QuickBooks Specialist Certification

\n

• Profit & Growth Expert Advisory Certification

What We Look For\n

Required:

\n

• Minimum 2 years of phone sales experience

\n

• Strong communication and listening skills

\n

• Ability to build trust quickly

\n

• Confidence handling objections

\n

• CRM proficiency

\n

• Reliable internet and professional home office setup

\n

Preferred:

\n

• Experience selling education, coaching, financial services, consulting, or professional development

\n

• Experience closing $2,000 to $10,000 offers

\n

• Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals

\n

Compensation\n

Base Salary: $3,000 per month

\n

Expected First-Year Earnings: $80,000+

\n

Top Performers: $100,000 to $150,000+

\n

90-Day Training Completion Bonus: $3,000

\n
