Criteria such as the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience, the scope of the specific position, as well as market and business considerations will be evaluated when extending an offer. **We Take Care of Our People**Paid Time Off **I** 401K with Employer Match and Profit Sharing **I** Health and Wellness Benefits **I** Learning and Development Opportunities **I** Referral Program **I** Competitive Pay **I** Recognition **I** Employee Stock Purchase Plan **I** Inclusive & Supportive Culture \* **Your Challenge:*** Inspect, audit, measure, and functionally test products or materials, parts, subassemblies, and packaging for damage, defects, or shortages, using specification sheets, gauges, and standards* Perform Inspection of incoming products to ensure proper paperwork is received and parts conform to specifications, engineering and purchase order requirements* Perform in-process inspection of parts being manufactured* Perform pre-shipment inspections* Able to interpret and read engineering drawings, company and customer specifications to ensure accurate part manufacturing* Perform product and process audits for in process conformance to drawings/specification on large and small machined products, weldments, assemblies, and individual manufactured components* Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned **What You Bring:*** High School Diploma or equivalent required.* 3+ years of hands-on machine shop inspection experience required.* Knowledge and experience within the field of Quality (ISO, Gage Calibration, Metrology, GD&T).* Ability to use inspection equipment; such as: Surface Plate, Height Gage, Comparator, Hand tools, Attribute gages, etc.* Ability to perform detailed review of documentation/certification to requirements.* Ability to read and interpret blue prints.
