This includes leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as ensuring the organization's financial strength and compliance with nonprofit regulations. The successful candidate will be adept at translating complex financial concepts into sustainable systems that support the global mission, and will be instrumental in guiding the organization through potential governance changes and institutional evolution. Key responsibilities for the CFOO at the company include providing strategic financial and operational analysis, supporting decision-making across programs, and helping to shape organizational strategy. The role demands a leader with significant senior-level experience in finance and operations within a mission-driven organization, particularly one that is at a growth or transition stage. The CFOO will also be responsible for establishing strong internal controls, implementing enterprise systems, and ensuring the effectiveness of financial and operational processes.
