This role is ideal for a people-first, servant leader who can build a strong culture, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and drive sales, revenue, and profitability. You’ll own spa performance while developing a team that consistently delivers results. Lead the Business Spa operations and overall performance Sales growth, membership performance, and profitability Key metrics, reporting, and P&L ownership Build the Team Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team Lead, coach, and develop your team with a people-first mindset Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence Ensure a World Class Client experience (WCCE) across all touchpoints Drive the Results Increase revenue through memberships, service utilization, and retail performance Use reporting and data to identify opportunities and improve results Optimize scheduling and staffing to support both service and business needs Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of leadership experience Proven success driving sales and team performance Strong communication and leadership skills A balance of people leadership and business acumen Strong experience working with KPIs is required P&L experience strongly preferred Comfort in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays) What’s In It For You Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance 401K with 5% company match Base salary + performance-based bonuses Paid Time Off Service & product discounts Strong support system and people-first culture Growth opportunities within a multi-unit organization Who We Are FGG Spa, LLC is a growth-focused franchisee of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, currently operating more than 60 locations across 8 states.
