Primary Care Physician $300K+| No RVU Pressure

Full-Time | Fort Worth, TX

Tired of volume-driven medicine? This is an opportunity to practice true primary carewith time to think, connect, and deliver meaningful care to seniors.

A growing, value-based care organization is hiring physicians to focus on quality over quantity, with strong support, smaller patient panels, and a model built around outcomesnot RVUs.

The Role

Provide comprehensive primary care to senior patients
Focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and outcomes
Work within a fully integrated care team
Build long-term patient relationships with smaller panels
Utilize data and support tools to improve quality metrics

Ideal Candidate

Board Certifiedin Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Passion for senior-focused or value-based care
Strong communicator who thrives in a team setting
Open to VBC (experience helpful, not required)
Focused on quality, outcomes, and patient relationships
