About the Role:
ZZ Foods Inc is looking for a talented and passionate Cook to join our kitchen team in Beverly Hills, CA! Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times
• Monitor food freshness, rotate stock, and minimize waste
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cook, line cook, or prep cook preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
• Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
