We are currently in search of Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our collaborative practice in Lebanon, KY. As we expand, we seek physicians who are passionate about excellence and eager to drive meaningful change.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical outpatient experience following residency.
• Must possess a current, unrestricted state license or be eligible for licensure.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is mandatory.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
• Must be actively registered or eligible for registration with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
• Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility for enrollment is necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Comfortable using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Athena is preferred.
