Neonatologist - Practice Medical Director

Pediatrix is seeking a Board-Certified Neonatologist to join their growing team at Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News, Virginia. The established practice includes three neonatologists and two NNPs, providing high-quality care within an 8-bed Level IIIA NICU. This role features a balanced coverage model, future expansion into a new BirthPlace with 13 single-occupancy NICU beds, and opportunities for quality improvement and leadership.
