Commercial Lawyer - Manufacturing Industry Experience

Join Our Team as an Attorney at Axiom We are seeking a junior-to-mid-level Commercial Contracts Attorney to support clients with a broad range of commercial legal needs. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements that support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. We are particularly interested in attorneys with manufacturing industry and contract experience , as well as attorneys who can work in onsite or hybrid environments in major U.S. markets. Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, supplier agreements, purchase agreements, amendments, and service agreements Advising business stakeholders on contract terms, risks, and practical solutions Supporting procurement, sales, operations, supply chain, and other internal teams with commercial contracting needs Managing contract workflows and helping improve contracting processes Partnering with internal legal teams and business stakeholders to support commercial priorities Coordinating with outside counsel as needed on complex contractual matters Qualifications: 5-10 years of relevant legal experience Strong hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts Comfortable managing a high volume of agreements and balancing legal risk with business needs In-house experience strongly preferred; Big Law or Am Law experience is a plus Manufacturing experience, including experience supporting suppliers, procurement, operations, or supply chain teams, is highly desirable Excellent communication, judgment, organization, and problem-solving skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar license Preferred Skills: Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, procurement, or operations-focused businesses Experience with vendor, supplier, purchasing, and services agreements Ability to work in onsite or hybrid client environments Located in or open to working onsite/hybrid in the Bay Area, New York City, Chicago, Jersey City, Houston, Dallas, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Denver, or Washington, DC Compensation: The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year.Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
