### Join Our Team as an Interventional Radiology Tech! **Job Description:** - **Unit:** 111-1000-11206 - **Profession:** Radiology / Cardiology - **Specialty:** Interventional Radiology - **Travel Experience Required:** Yes - **Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00) - **Years of Experience:** 2 years minimum required - **Preferred:** Previous Stroke Certified Hospital Experience - **Charting System:** Epic - **Teaching Hospital Experience:** Preferred - **Community Hospital Experience:** Preferred - **Trauma Level Experience:** Level I & II preferred **Certifications:** - ARRT - BLS - Preferred: ARRT CI, ARRT VI **Skills Required:** - Professional knowledge in: - 3D imaging - Isolation Precautions/PPE - Lead tech experience - Use of Rapid Response/Code teams - Abdominal and Pelvic Skills: - Angioplasty, Chemoembolization, Embolization, - Inferior Vena Cava (IVC) filter placement and removal - Mesenteric Angiogram, Renal Angiography, - Percutaneous Hepatic Angiography - Genitourinary Studies/Procedures: - Catheter/drain exchange, Gastrostomy, Nephrostomy - Ureteral Stent Placement, Uterine Arterial Embolization - Neurological Studies/Procedures: - Carotid Angiography, Stent placement, Thrombolysis/Thrombectomy - Vascular Studies/Procedures: - Angioplasty, Central Venous Access/Port Placement, Thrombolysis - Venous Access Skills: - Central Venous Access (non-Tunneled/PICC lines) - Procedural Responsibilities: - Equipment setup, Prep access site, Room circulator - Infection Control: - Sterile Technique **Work Details:** - Number of Rooms: 3 - Number of Beds: 650 - Daily Census: 450 - Number of Visits per Day: 20 - Interdisciplinary Support: - IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Social Services, and more - Special Procedures Include: - Stroke Intervention, Intracranial Embolization, Kyphoplasty, - Chemo Embolization, Nephrostomy **Expectations:** - Call requirement includes rotation - Weekend requirement: 1 weekend every 6-7 weeks - Pre-Approved Time Off: 1 request - Orientation Hours: 40 - Scheduling Type: Block - The expected start date is based on the facility’s schedule and may vary, requiring travel candidates to be flexible. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
