Program Manager

Organizational Location This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Facilities and Asset Management (OFAM), Operational Support Facilities Division (OSF), Field Operations Facilities (FOF), Program Management Office located in Tucson, AZ. Additional selections may be made for other organizational divisions and/or units within the duty location(s) listed above. Experience You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Defining goals and objectives needed to maximize performance of a long-term program; Collaborating with key individuals throughout the Program Offices across CBP and other components within DHS; Managing resources for projects, programs or program segments and approving multi-year work plans; Providing technical advice on strategic issues.
