Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records. Prepare and review expense reports and journal entries. Support month-end close activities and accounting team initiatives. Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding payment inquiries. Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist: Prior full cycle accounts payable experience. Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
