YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS A DENTAL OFFICE PATIENT COORDINATOR As our Dental Office Patient Coordinator, your day begins by greeting patients with a smile and guiding them through their visits. You’ll explain treatment options—especially for dental implants—ensuring they feel informed and confident. Your organizational superpowers will shine as you schedule appointments, handle follow‑ups, and coordinate with our clinical team to keep treatment plans on track. You’ll also manage insurance claims, pre‑authorizations, and credentialing processes to keep things running smoothly. Most importantly, you’ll foster strong patient relationships, making them feel like part of the Silfa Dental Aesthetics family.

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of dental office experience; management experience would be a plus. In‑depth knowledge of dental implants and related procedures. Proficiency in insurance billing, including claims, pre‑authorizations, and verifications. Familiarity with credentialing processes for dental providers.
