About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finance function across multiple business entities, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities, and ensuring strong financial discipline in reporting and decision-making. This role requires a leader who can balance high-level planning with detailed financial oversight, and who is adept at guiding performance, strengthening forecasting, and enhancing cross-company financial coordination. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' progressive finance experience, with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Strong knowledge of accounting fundamentals, month-end close activities, and financial reporting requirements is essential, as is experience in managing cash flow forecasting and intercompany accounting. The role demands a hands-on leader with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving business landscape, and who can effectively partner with executive stakeholders. The VP of Finance will also be responsible for strengthening FP&A capabilities, refining planning processes, and improving analytical tools to elevate forecast quality.
