• Monday-Friday schedule, typically 8am-5pm -- your evenings and weekends are yours
• Full-time, year-round stability
• Performance-based weekly pay: $800-$1,200/week (including tips)
• Mileage reimbursement between your first and last job of the day
• Paid training using our clear, step-by-step cleaning system

Direct Primary Care Membership: Affordable access to a local doctor with no office visit fees. Most team members pay less than $10/week -- and your children can often be added for under $5/week.

We actively develop our team members into leadership roles. Growth opportunities include Trainer, Deep Clean Specialist, Mentor, Content Creator, and Pod Leader. We're especially looking for people with the potential to become trainers -- no one starts there, but if you earn it by mastering the work and bringing others along with you, we'll invest in developing you. We'll be watching for it from day one.

• A servant's heart -- you care about the people behind the homes you clean
• Ability to work independently after training
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle

During the application process we'll ask whether you prefer the Wylie area or the Forney area -- keep in mind that each area includes surrounding communities and neighboring cities, so your daily routes will vary. Our office is in Fate -- you'll stop in about once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks.
