Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN for Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical surgical/telemetry care to adult transplant and rehabilitation patients.
• Float among various hospital units, including SOTU and potentially Bellevue campus, as needed.
• Work with staffing ratios of 1:5 days and up to 1:7 nights, adjusting care as necessary.
• Administer drips and manage dysrhythmias in all assigned units.
• Ensure compliance with all facility protocols, including nicotine-free environments.
• Wear specific Steele gray scrubs with Nebraska Medicine logo.

Qualifications

• Valid Nebraska RN state license (pending license accepted if booked six weeks out).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a large, urban hospital setting.
• BLS, ACLS certifications required; CPI and NIHSS certifications preferred.
• EPIC charting experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in administering and managing cardiac drips and telemetry.
• Adherence to all scheduling and holiday work requirements, including weekend shifts.
