About Full Service Property Management
Full Service Property Management, PLLC is a family-owned residential property management
company that has served the greater Seattle area for 15 years. Our portfolio includes mostly
single-family homes, multiplexes, and small apartment buildings throughout King, Pierce, and
Snohomish Counties.
We are a communication-first company. We believe excellent property management starts with
clear communication, strong follow-through, ethical decision-making, and genuine care for the
owners, residents, vendors, and communities we serve.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, Residential Property Manager who can work
independently and enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating exceptional
experiences for property owners and residents. This is an opportunity to join a close-knit team
where your contributions matter, your ideas are welcomed, and your work directly impacts the
success of our clients and communities.
The right person is highly communicative, organized, self-motivated, professional, and
comfortable managing priorities in a role that includes both home-office work and regular
property visits.
What You Will Do
· Manage an assigned residential portfolio of approximately 60-70 doors.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for owners, residents, vendors, and team members.
· Deliver proactive, clear, and professional communication by phone, email, text, and in
person.
· Prepare leases and renewals, support resident relations, and maintain accurate
documentation.
· Coordinate maintenance requests, schedule vendors, track work orders, and follow up
through completion.
· Oversee turnovers and help ensure vacant homes are ready, marketed, shown, and
leased efficiently.
· Conduct move-in, move-out, periodic, and other property inspections as needed.
· Prepare owner updates, reports, and accurate property records in company systems.
· Assist with lease compliance, notices, move-in/move-out documentation, and security
deposit details according to company procedures and applicable requirements.
· Identify opportunities to improve operations, resident satisfaction, owner satisfaction,
and team efficiency.
The 4 C's We Are Looking For
· Character: Honest, accountable, transparent, and responsible. We are looking for
someone who chooses to do the right thing, follows through, and earns trust with owners,
residents, vendors, and teammates.
· Chemistry: Dependable, organized, self-motivated, and collaborative. This person
should be comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team.
· Culture: Creative, service-minded, and solutions-oriented. We care about improving the
owner and resident experience one property at a time.
· Competency: Strong communicator, technically comfortable, detail-oriented, and
confident in managing priorities, people, properties, and problems.
Required Qualifications
· Minimum 3 years of residential property management experience, preferably managing
a portfolio of similar size.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organization, follow-through, time management, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work from a professional home office with reliable internet and a desktop or
laptop computer.
· Comfort using Google Workspace, property management software, email, mobile apps,
and other business technology.
· Smartphone required; tablet optional but helpful.
· Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and ability to travel regularly for
inspections, showings, vendor coordination, and property visits.
· Must live within reasonable driving distance of West Seattle and be able to reliably
service properties throughout King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while communicating consistently
with the team.
· Professional judgment and confidentiality when handling owner, resident, vendor, and
company information.
Preferred Qualifications
· AppFolio experience preferred.
· Active Washington Real Estate Broker license preferred. Candidates who are not
currently licensed must be willing and eligible to become licensed within [insert timeframe] if
required for the duties assigned.
· Experience with single-family homes, multiplexes, and small apartment buildings.
· Working knowledge of Washington landlord-tenant requirements, fair housing practices,
leasing, inspections, move-in/move-out procedures, security deposit documentation, and
maintenance coordination.
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means owners feel informed, residents feel heard, maintenance issues are
handled promptly, vacant properties are marketed and leased efficiently, inspections are
completed on schedule, records are accurate, and communication is proactive rather than
reactive.
Schedule and Work Environment
· Primarily Monday-Friday during business hours, with flexible scheduling where business
needs allow.
· Remote/home-based administrative work with regular field work throughout the service
area.
· Occasional evening or weekend availability may be needed for showings, inspections,
urgent maintenance coordination, resident/owner needs, or time-sensitive property issues.
· After-hours emergency expectations or on-call rotation, if any, will be discussed during
the interview process.
Compensation, Benefits, and Tools
Compensation: $[insert hourly or salary range], depending on experience, qualifications,
licensing, and fit for the role. Bonus eligibility available based on performance, portfolio goals,
and company results.
Benefits include:
· SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with company match.
· Flexible scheduling where business needs allow.
· Preventive health insurance policy.
· Health savings account stipend, if eligible.
· Accrued paid time off.
· Paid holidays for FT employees.
· Professional development assistance.
· Referral program.
· Bonus eligibility.
· Optional real estate commission opportunities for licensed agents, if applicable and
approved by company policy.
Tools and reimbursements: Company email and software access will be provided. Please
update before posting to confirm any mileage reimbursement, cell phone stipend, internet
stipend, home-office stipend, or equipment reimbursement offered for this role.
Employment Agreements and Screening
Employment may require signing confidentiality, data-security, and lawful non-solicitation
agreements to protect company, owner, resident, vendor, and business information.
Finalists may be asked to complete job-related reference checks, license verification,
driving/insurance verification, and other lawful job-related screening after qualifications are
reviewed.
