Website Optimization Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time Website Optimization Manager will own the management and optimization of digital properties, focusing on conversion rate improvements through A/B testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of website properties, including content updates and navigation changes Build and run a structured A/B and multivariate testing program to enhance conversion performance Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, and Creative teams to align website initiatives with business priorities Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or conversion rate optimization Hands-on experience with a modern CMS and A/B testing platforms Strong knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to translate data into actionable plans Experience working within a multi-site or multi-brand portfolio is a plus Ability to prioritize effectively and drive impact with limited engineering resources
