About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to support daily operations at our Hammond location. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative tasks and light facilities to support and interact with visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors
- Handle shipping and receiving of packages
- Assist with inventory tracking and organization
- Maintain cleanliness and general order of the office
- Support miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with basic computer use and office equipment
