Quality Control Analyst

To support the Quality Measurement & Improvement portfolio, the part-time Digital Quality Measures Lead will serve as a senior technical authority on FHIR-based digital quality measure development, mentor a team of developers, and act as the primary technical contact for clients, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Guide the transition from QDM-based eCQMs to FHIR-based dQMs and ensure alignment with relevant implementation guides Oversee the quality of work produced by subcontractors and lead the technical team in authoring FHIR-based dQMs Represent the organization in HL7 workgroups and maintain strategic partnerships with public agencies and institutions Required qualifications Master's degree in health informatics, computer science, public health, nursing, or a related field with at least 11 years of relevant experience 7+ years of experience in health care quality measurement, including hands-on experience with QDM-based eCQMs and FHIR-based dQMs Working knowledge of FHIR resources and implementation guides pertinent to quality measurement Experience with federal contracts, particularly related to CMS, and familiarity with the eCQM lifecycle Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior technical staff while performing hands-on technical work Virtual Vocations Inc
