About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of User Experience and Design Innovation to lead a transformative chapter in the unification of human teams with AI agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating the work of AI and human teams, automating tasks, and driving the strategy for AI integration across all design and user experience functions. This role demands an AI-forward leader with a proven track record in driving AI adoption and a deep understanding of how AI can enhance design, research, content, and software delivery. The VP will lead a multi-disciplinary organization, including UX research, design systems, content and globalization, and AI-driven software delivery, and will be instrumental in defining and articulating a bold, user-centered vision for the future of design and user experience. Applicants must have at least 15 years' experience in a highly cross-functional role, with a focus on running strategic projects and leading UX, design, research, or content organizations. The role requires a leader with a strong background in building and scaling high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams, and a deep expertise in research methodologies, design strategy, content strategy, and localization best practices for global B2B SaaS platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading enterprise SaaS products with complex user workflows and mission-critical use cases, as well as a strong visual design sense and expert-level fluency in design and prototyping tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence across product, engineering, and executive leadership are essential. The VP will be expected to set organizational strategy around design maturity, AI adoption, and cross-functional design-led decision-making, and to establish key metrics that tie design and AI initiatives to user satisfaction, adoption, and business outcomes.
