Key Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Prepare fresh ingredients and dough for pizzas, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Cooking: Operate pizza ovens and cook pizzas to perfection, maintaining consistent quality and taste.
- Kitchen Operations: Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage food orders efficiently and maintain a clean workspace.
- Quality Control: Monitor food safety practices and ensure all meals are prepared according to health standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a pizza cook or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
